Earlier in the weekend we started our Easter spirit by coloring eggs.
And these two....their cuteness kills me. They are best friends. I love it.
All I can say is thank God for digital cameras. This is the best of about twenty I took. Can you imagine what we'd get if we could only take a few, develop the film and you are always stuck with crappy photos?! I know, we used to live that life. Ain't nobody got time fo dat.
Easter morning at 4:00 Paisley woke me up, "Happy Easter mommy!" "Paisley, it's still the middle of the night, sorry babe, head back to bed." :)
But soon enough, it was time to find their baskets!
The best part....how excited they would get for each other at what their siblings got.
Then it was time to get dressed and head to church
Then we had brunch at G&G Bergs. We were able to be outside, ahhhh!
Every year, Grandpa Mike sets up an Easter egg hunt for the kids. Notice one big kid who always has to taunt the little kids.
Getting up early to look for baskets, egg hunts and running with your cousins is hard work.
After G&G Berg's house, we went to my mom's to visit for a while. It was a loooong day. But when we got home, the kiddos just had to do a little playing with their new toys.
Hudson got a bed tent...
...and because Paisley is a great sister, she offered Madden her old bed tent. And when we realized we forgot beloved munchichi at Grandma Brenda's, she drove the 20 minutes to bring him to us. (XOXO!). And as her reward, Madden let her be in his picture. :)
Happy Easter from the Bergie Bunch!
(See post below that was missing from last week...)
