So, you know that Madden loves anything electronic. He's obsessed with buying apps, playing games and Disney's Infinity. If he's not doing a puzzle, you'll probably find him doing this. He's watching You Tube tutorials on how to play infinity. He can just sit and watch videos that other people have taped of themselves playing video games. I do not get it. I also have no idea how he finds them. He doesn't know how to type--he must just search around (kind of scary, I know) until he finds what he wants??
This week in Sport's Sampler the twins played volleyball. It was kind of a hard one for them to get, but Hudson did hit it over the net!
If you remember, Craig took Ev to dance this week. His first text to me said, "This is challenging"-- but then I received a series of videos and pictures, and she was participating! He had to sit in the room, and she would occasionally pop over for a high five, but it looks like she did some dancing!
While they were at one dance class, Paisley (the boys) and I were at Danz Kraze. Miss P only has one practice left before her performance this weekend, so it was fun to see her dance at least once before her show. Plus it was fun to catch up with the dance moms too. :)
The girls' room was getting bad. The amount of junk (which I'm not supposed to say because "My stuff is not junk!!") in their room was out of control. The hair things, and pieces of paper, and random Barbie clothes, and crayons, and lip gloss, and artwork and just random crap shoved everywhere. We gutted it, and then decided to move Everleigh's bed, and take off her side rails. We're hoping for no loud thumps in the night.
On 4th of July, we not only celebrated Independence Day, but also our niece Cambree's 9th Birthday!
Collecting candy from the boat parade...
Cousins!
Makyah (11), Cambree (9), Cody (7)
Paisley (6), Madden (4), Everleigh (3), Hudson (4), Payton (4)
Happy Birthday to our sweet, caring, creative, one-of-a-kind niece, Cambree Faye. We love you!
Craig put on a firework show in the road. It was...great. :)
What's the 4th without Snaps?
For the past two years we've taken Miss P to the city's firework show. This year, we decided to take all of the kids. We had them nap from 5:30-7:00pm, and it worked! They were all happy, awake and enjoyed the show. Well...Madden didn't enjoy it. It was too loud for him, and he's decided next year he'd rather just have a sleepover with Grandma Brenda instead.
While waiting, we played a little game of catch.
While sitting in my lap, Hudson told me, "This is the best day of my whole life!" :)
It was a wonderful 4th of July!
The next day, we had a play date with Elliot!
And then we celebrated Grandma Brenda's birthday! We love you so much, Mom! Happy Birthday!
Happy 4th of July from the Bergie Bunch.
