My Baptism! 4.13.08

Hi, friends! Monday I went back to the dermatologist. My skin still isn't looking the best, so my mom and dad had to put my medicine on me, then stick me in wet clothes for 20-30 minutes, twice a day! EWWW! I hate to say it, but in the end it made me feel so much better! I'm hoping they have this atopic dermatitis under control now, because it sucks!
Besides that, I have hardly been napping! I'm WAY under the "recommended" amount of sleep for someone my age, but...since when do I do things the normal way anyway??!! I've only been taking two naps in the day, and my afternoon nap has only been lasting an hour on aveage. Then of course I am still up 2-3 times at night--call me a party animal if you want, but right now, I hate sleeping!!
Today was a very special day for me, I was baptised!! My sins have been washed away! I handled the whole situation very well! My parents didn't really time things right and I was way tired. But, once I walked down that long aisle, the tears stopped and the blessings poured in. You'll notice in the pitcures how beautiful I am--my mom said it's okay to be egotistical if you're under two...so I'm in the clear. Anyway, the reason I looked so beautiful is because my baptismal gown is made from my Grandma Bonnie's wedding dress! I am also wearing her baby ring that is almost 60 years old!! Isn't that cool??!! I am so lucky to have such wonderful God parents, my great aunt Mary and great Uncle Larry. They will help guide me, no doubt about that! After mass, all my peeps came over to celebrate, I was pooped and took a rest while they celebrated for me. After my family and friends left, I was in the best mood (no-not because you all left...) and I rolled over again!!! And I giggled!!! My mom was freaking out (you know how she can be!), she was so happy to see me roll over and to hear me laugh!
Thank you to all who brought me wonderful gifts--it means a lot to me that you could share in my baptism--especially those of you who drove from far, just to be with me today!
I also wanted to welcome to the world a new friend of mine, Maxton! His mommy, Gina and my mom work together! Welcome, Max!
