At Large Vehicle Fun Night

Happy 1/2 Birthday to me!! I'm 6 months old now! Here are my stats...

Height: 24 1/2 inches tall- 15th percentile

Weight: 15 pounds, 5 ounces- 40th percentile

Now that I'm 6 months old I love to... grab Oscars fur, stand up and "jump", transfer toys from one hand to the other, sit all alone like a big girl, eat, yell and scream, pull hair, go for walks, play in the exersaucer, and play peek-a-boo and so big.

Because I am already a half a year old, I do have a strong personality and these are some things I don't much like... laying on my belly, being left alone, when my mom sticks her hands in my mouth to check for teeth or brush them, finishing a whole bottle and not being paid attention too (like someone else we all know!)

So....as you can see, I celebrated my 1/2 Birthday with a very fun new toy...my outdoor swing!! Don't I look amazing in it?? I know. I'm probably the coolest kid on the block. This week I also went with mommy to Family Resource Center to see a fire truck, ambulance, police car, semi and plow...it was very neat! I loved watching all of the other kids too! Maybe next year I can be just as annoying as all of the other kids honking the semi horn uncontrollably!!

I'm learning to drink from a sippy cup now! My mom's been trying for some time now, but hey...I am on my own schedule here, and do things when I want!! But...the kicker is...this weekend she put juice and water in it!! Ha ha! (before that she would just put formula in!) I'm still not the best at it, but am getting there! Other than that...not too much is new...just basically hanging around enjoying the nice weather and OH....DUH....and getting teeth!! Just like before I was born I heard, "push, push"...that's what I'm saying to myself...just push, push, push those top two teeth out!! They're almost out...so this past week I've had a little rash by my mouth, some would say I've been a tad on the crabby side (hey, we all have our time of the month), I've been chewing on everything, and pooping a ton!!! I'm thinking by the 4th of July I will have 4 pearly whites to show off--you're not even going to need sparklers when I smile!! :)

On that note...hope you all have a great 4th of July! I'm spending it on the river and auntie Melissa and uncle Cal's house!
