9 months

Hello there world! I had my 9 month check up this week. I am 18 pounds, 7 ounces and 26 1/2 inches long. For those of you who aren't around little tykes like me, I am a bit on the small side. My weight is in the 40th percentile and my height is in the 10th percentile. It's okay because I have a lot of boyfriends, some older, some younger and I want to make sure they are all taller than me. It's in the plan.

I had my 9 month pictures taken today, so we got to visit my mom's friend Jodee and her little girl, Taya! My cousins Kyah and Cams came along too! I'll let you know when they are done. You might also want to check out her blog (linked on the side of this page)...my mom says she's amazing!

So, I want to tell you what I can do now that I am 9 months old:
Turn the pages in my books. (I love reading)
Talk a lot--I like ba ba and da da and hiiii the most. No mama yet.
Scoot backwards well, and a little bit forwards.
Just about sit from a laying position. I'm alllmost there!!
Walk with help from mom and dad.
Feed mama food from my spoon.
Respond to "No"
And I LOVE to point and wave at everything!

Sorry to disappoint you all, but my mom really slacked this week on the pictures. I told her I'd smile pretty and everything...even though we didn't do anything exciting...but I guess she was just too busy for me. Those mom's, I tell you. Hopefully next week I will have a lot more pictures because....my dad is on vacation and we are painting the house!!! This should be fun! I cannot wait to get my pretty little hands in to a can of paint and go crazy!! He he he. My mom has 3 days off too, so it's going to be really fun! We will celebrate Dad's 29th Birthday on Saturday too. So....off for now, talk to you in a week!
