Thanksgiving day we spent eating, chatting, laughing, watching the Packers win and eating. And, we ate. Hudson and Madden both wanted to cook with Grandma.
Everleigh was just happy being held. See her teeth?! :)
Paisley and Aunt Karen dominated the Tinkerbell puzzle...
And we played outside (notice how Grandma has the kid's names painted on the play fort)
Ever smiled...
And for dinner, ate her fist...
Paisley snuggled with Uncle Larry...
And with cousin Joel...
It was a wonderful thanksgiving! On the way home, we stopped by G&G Bergs house to see them. We stayed to chat, took some leftovers, packed up and headed home. Just as we pulled in the garage, my phone rang. I saw that it was Craig's mom...I was like, oh no, what did we forget?! And she said, "do you mean, WHO did you forget?"---- OH CRAP. We forgot OSCAR!! Poor guy. Thankfully, Grandpa went to put the garbage out and saw the little guy. Yep, it happened. Hey! At least we didn't forget a kid!
Hard core playin' can tucker a girl right out...
And when I ask the kids to get Everleigh a few toys to play with, they take it pretty seriously...
As quickly as Thanksgiving came and went, that means it's almost Christmas! Time for a freshly cut, yummy smelling Frasier.
Decorating...
It didn't take long before Hudson threw a big bulb like he was pitching in the world series. Crash. Glass everywhere.
And Christmas time also means Birthday time in this household. And so the countdown begins! For Paisley's Birthday tree, her 4 year ornament is a pair of ballet slippers! (year 1 was a sock monkey, year 2 was Dora, year 3 was Tinkerbell)
Big sisters are great. Except when they teach your not quite two year old how to get out of his crib!!!???!! UGH. Now what???!!
The weekend ended by celebrating my very best friend, Amy's wedding! We are so happy for you and Matt-- Congratulations!!
Thank you for stopping by to read our family blog, even if it is a day late! :)
