This is sickening

This week, the twins played with floam! Super fun! (we also learned that floam does not digest, as we found it in perfect form in Everleigh's diaper. Ooops. I guess one of the boys dropped some?!)

And...that's about all the fun we had this week. Literally. Wednesday night, Paisley woke up throwing up....and there isn't much to say about the rest of the week...as Madden was next, and Hudson followed. The kids still aren't well...it's been a long, long week with about 20 loads of laundry since Wednesday. And no, I'm not kidding. We had to head to the store for more detergent!  Now, I'm just praying that Everleigh doesn't get it!

In fact, the worst part...is that Paisley missed her dance recital today!!! I am still really sad about it. She is too. The good news is that she has another performance in May...but we were so looking forward to watching her today! Poor thing missed the best part. Loud music, makeup, hairspray, clapping and booty shaking.

So, because Craig and I spent most of the week snuggling sick kiddos...that's it for pictures. But...I'd like to do a short update on what the kids are up to!

Paisley has been into playing in her doll house. She likes playing her leap pad, and loves it when Grandma Brenda brings her ipad over! She's also been extremely sassy, and we've been working on her "tone". She is very into talking about God, Jesus and death. She's been asking lots of questions and saying lots of prayers. Not sure what brought this on...but I'm answering what I can! She's still going to speech for 1/2 hour/week, and it's going well. She's making progress on lots of sounds--but still needs lots of work on her "R", "ST". "S" and "Z". Paisley is also a really good big sister. A better big sister to Everleigh than to H&M, but a good one nonetheless.

Hudson loves his babies. He pushes a stroller around with either his baby or munchichi in it. He's into dramatic play and says, "bye mom. work" then two seconds later says, "home. work. mom" It's so cute! He's saying lots and lots of words and combining several. He still loves hockey and is still a little stinker. He's the child that takes your phone, looks at you, smiles, and walks it across the room and sets it down. Laughs, and runs away. Hudson is also really into airplanes and trains.

Madden loves Elmo. I know, your shocked. But he still continues to beg for Elmo movies all. day. long. When we tell him no, he asks for "Yo Gabba Gabba Live". He's also obsessed with Angry Birds and Grandma Brenda's ipad. He's tech-savvy and knows his way around our phones and the computer already. Madden isn't saying many words at all, and the words he does say, he's omitting the ending of them all. Looks like a call for a screening is in our near future. Ugh.

Everleigh is growing too fast. She is walking behind toys, pulling herself up on the couch and cruising. She is down to two bottles a day and doing well with her sippy. She eats whatever we eat for meals (for the most part) and puts everything in her mouth. She shares a love of dog food with Hudson...and shovels in about 7 pieces at a time. Just when you think you've swiped them all, I see her chewing away. Ever waves and says "hiiii!" She also says mama, baba, dada.

So...that's what's up with the Berg four. We're just hoping for a puke-free night healthy days to follow.
Berg, out.

Happy Birthday, Joel!
