Love them.

There are SO many great things about having little ones. I can't tell you how long I have dreamt about having a house full of kiddos. Wishes do come true. But for real, I can't wait for two things. 1) For the kids to be able to all get in the car and buckle themselves. 2) For meal time to consist of me eating too--not just cutting up food and cleaning up.....this.....

The good by far outweigh the bad.
I love how Everleigh snuggles. I love that we have amazing babysitters to care for our kids when we can't. I love watching Madden play on the Leap Pad. I love Hudson in heals. I love Miss P's dance moves. I love Everleigh's curly mullet. I love listening to Hudson talk and talk and talk. I love that Madden comes running as fast as possible into my lap. I love that Paisley is a good friend and is well mannered. I love that some of the kiddos favorite foods include Edemame, Cucumbers and Strawberries. I love that we pray as a family every night. I love that even though my bestie is far away, my kids still ask for her. I love that every time I show P, H or M a picture, they say, "cuuuuuute". I love how Craig loves our kids. I love how Hudson offers Madden anything that's green. I love how Everleigh says, "Hi Bob" to our neighbor.
And I love that no matter how mad I get.... ( when Hudson draws with pen all over Ever's brand new carseat, when Madden destroys my deodorant time and time again, when Everleigh throws every ounce of food off of her tray, when I catch Paisley trying to get the twins to do something sneaky, when Madden rips up every book we own, when the twins crawl out of their cribs at night, when Paisley has dress up clothes laying on every inch of the floor, when the screaming is so loud I'm sure neighboring towns can hear).......that these children can make me smile. They are so funny. And so cute. And so loveable. And so mine. (okay, ours)

We have a nest with baby birds!

Water fun!

The bucket head brigade!

A camera HAM!

A chunky monkey cruising in her diaper, baby in hand!

And siblings who love to play together! Wonder how long this will last???!!

XOXOXOXOXO to Paisley, Hudson, Madden and Everleigh!!

Today, Paisley had her friend Lydia over for a play date! Miss P hasn't seen Lydia since her dance performance in May, so she was super excited! They played dress up, rode bike, put makeup on, danced and had a kool aid stand! A very successful one, I might add! But really...how cute are these two?!

Cheers! ... with koolaid mustaches and all! :)

Tomorrow, Everleigh goes in for her 1 year old checkup, Madden has his formal speech eval, and P, H and M start swimming lessons! Busy, busy!
Have a great week,
~Brook
