I apologize for not getting my camera out very much this week. I feel like we were really busy, but didn't capture much on film uh, the memory card?!
Craig took the kids to Irvine Park while Miss P was at school and I was at work.
Miss P grew up over night. I swear. How is she this big already? She wanted Grandma to see what she looked like on picture day (because we won't give her an actual picture?? I dunno. So we took one and texted it to her. :) )
Craig and I celebrated our friends Aaron and Jennifer's wedding. The kids had their first over night at G&G Bergs. And...they survived! No, not the kids, I knew they'd be fine. Grandma and Grandpa survived.
The best part of our weekend? Our daycare get together! The last crew of kids to be cared for by Londa all got together this weekend. It was so loud and so crazy. We laughed that if Londa had been there the kids would have been better behaved. It wasn't the same without her, that's for sure. But it was wonderful to reminisce, get the kids together, and be with her husband Dave for the evening.
The oldest 4. Bobby, Kailer, Ella and Paisley
Some of the littles. Ben, Hudson, Becklin and Raena
Raena, Dave and Everleigh
The weather finally cleared up enough for the kids to play on the old daycare stuff.
Early experiences in a child's life are so important. We are beyond blessed to have had a daycare family who will be friends for a lifetime.
So next week, you'll want to stop back. I'm going to attempt to do a 'day in the life'. I'm not sure it's possible to get a picture of each 'step' of our day...but I'm going to try!
Have a great week!
~Brook
