The Twins Turn Four

It was an exciting week as Hudson and Madden turned four!

On their actual birthday, they woke up and opened a couple of gifts from us, went to play group with daddy, ate lunch at mommy's work and then we went out for dinner with the grandparents.

Today we celebrated their special day with family.

The birthday boys. It's not even possible to express through writing how much we love these two!

DQ Ice Cream cake, TMNT for Hudson and Frozen for Madden.

The Frozen birthday supplies were either non existent or twenty dollars for napkins that may or may not have gotten here by today. So that meant we had to get creative so that the party felt Frozen-like too!

Hudson Koehler and Madden Michael. You two have given us so much joy. And so many sleepless nights.
It's hard to believe how fast the years have gone (because let's be honest, some of the days were LONG!)
A quick look back over the last four years...

I always told my friend Heidi who has boys the same ages as our kids that if we could just make it until the these kids turned three, we'd be fine. Boy was I naive. We made it to four, but not without an entire bottle of elmers school glue on the carpet, bronzer on my bed, poop on the wall, getting locked out of the house, coloring on the walls, thousands of diapers.....and millions of I love yous, hugs, kisses, smiles and laughs.
It's so cliché, but I wouldn't trade this for anything in the world. They are my world.
Happy Birthday, Hudson & Madden!

As for the rest of the last couple of weeks....I've been terrible about the camera.

We had new babysitters, McKenzi and Olivia. The kids had a blast and couldn't believe that Olivia did a flip in our living room! :)

Paisley celebrated her 100th day of school! She wore 100 beads to celebrate.

And because I took a picture of big sister, little sister wanted one too.

And in case you've been wondering... Justin did ask me to move to LA to be with him. I'm still figuring out the details. :)
The concert was AMAZING. Seriously soooo good. And so was time with Amy.
