Early this week my parents took Oscar and I out on grandpa's boat!! After mom and I sat on the dock for 45 minutes while dad looked for the boat keys... (%^&*)...(he even drove home to look while we hung on to the boat at the dock...and all the while they were "really hidden" under the seat of the car).....anyway....we cruised around, basking in the sun and then docked at the island for a bite to eat, some sand castle making, and some serious ball throwing for Oscar. I had a blast!
A pickle in one hand, string cheese in the other......on a boat, with a froggy towel, does it get any better than this?!?!?!
The rest of the week was pretty low key. My mom's work had their annual fundraiser, so we went to that...and I got the best new backpack ever! I wear it around all day long, and love to zip, zip, zip. I can even say "backpack"...but really like to say "backpack, backpack" just like Dora does. Speaking of Dora....she's my friend. I am starting to watch a few minutes of cartoons here and there, but my very favorite is "Yo Gabba Gabba"!! For those of you who haven't seen it...it's seriously good. (mom note: it's the worst show, ever!)
This weekend mom's friend Amy was home, so I went to her parents (Grandpa Gary and Grandma Cindy's) for dinner and play time. They have a lot of fun stuff to get in to!!!
Then....today, we celebrated my cousin Cody's second Birthday!! We went to Woodbury to Cod's to party! He really seemed to like the lawn mower we got him. And...he gave me dirty looks every time I tried to play with one of his presents....I guess I understand!! ;) I had a very fun day with my cousins...happy birthday, cody!
Well, peeps, I think that's about it. Know that this won't be the last time you hear from me, but while mom is on reporting duty, I'll most likely be........dumping out buckets of toys for fun, watching Yo Gabba Gabba, doing sidewalk chalk, swimming in my pool, screaming while my mom showers, practicing new words, throwing my shoes at whoever is driving (my aim is good), playing babies, reading lots of books, jumping on the couch.....and making my parents smile.
Thanks for listening to me for the past many months......and let me know if my mom isn't doing a good job...I'll give her a time out!!
It's been fun...and boy, I do have to say my little stubs have gotten much stronger due to all this typing! Love you all bunches!!!!
XOXO,
Paisley Rian....OUT.
