Yup,that's right everyone!! ME, Miss Paisley Rian is going to be a big sister!!! Can you believe it?? I sure can't! I mean, I knew someday this might happen, but I'm just not sure I'm prepared not to be the center of attention anymore!!! AND, guess what????..................................................
.....................................................................................................................................................................
I'm not only going to be the big sister of one baby, but of two!!!! I know it's hard to see in this picture, but those are the babies!! The little arrows point to them. Baby "A" is on the left and Baby "B" is on the right. Mom and Dad got to hear the heartbeats a few weeks ago, and baby A's was 133 and baby B's was 142. The doctor said they look healthy so far.........so.......here we go. Our little family of 3 will soon be 5!! My mom says her due date is February 24th, but since there are two, we can expect them anytime in late January or February. Overall, I really am not sure what to think!! I hear mom and dad talking a lot about these things......
How are we going to fit 3 carseats in our vehicles?? Then mom whines about not wanting a minivan. They pray that the babies don't cry non stop like I did. Mom thinks about how huge she is going to be come Christmas time. They talk about "poor Paisley and Oscar" but I'm not quite sure what that means...yet.
We are all very excited. BUT.....mom says she doesn't know how much longer I can write the blog. I was like, WHAT?!......but she's right....it might not be fair to the babies...so we'll see. However, you can bet no matter how busy with a two year old, new twins, work and grad school.......she'll make time for a blog update!! :) Looking forward to keeping you all posted on my new babies...and ME!!!! So, what do you think they'll be?? Two boys? Two girls? One of each????
Most of the week I did some hard core playing. Here I am bathing in the sink....
And besides automatically becoming a big girl because I'm soon a big sister.......but I also got my very own potty chair!!! You can see from the picture about how long I actually sit on it. Mostly I take it apart or use it as a step stool. My parents are just letting me play around on it...I'm not quite ready to get rid of the diapers...not even close....but so the process begins! I do however love to take my own clothes on and off by myself now...so we're getting closer! Plus I just want to be like my cousins and be naked! :)
Today I went up to Ladysmith to visit my family. We went to the best parade and I came home with loads of candy! Then great Aunt Mary bought me tickets to go on rides at the carnival! This time I loved the cars! I couldn't stop smiling!! I had a very fun, but busy weekend!!
