Water Logged...

Of course, like the first time I update this blog on a Saturday, we have two big girl things that happened on Sunday. So...starting with last Sunday, Paisley got a big girl bed!!! She isn't sleeping in it yet because we still have to paint her room, but once that's done...her big girl bed, dresser and night stand are waiting for her. Although I'm not so sure her parents are ready!
THEN.....Sunday night as Craig was getting her in the bath.....we had our first poopy on the potty!! YAY!!! (viewers discretion is advised)

(Paisley's first poop. 10.11.09-- 21 months old)

Wednesday and Thursday we went to WI Dells, and stayed at the Kalahari. Paisley loved every second of it. She didn't care if she dunked under water, or if it poured over her head. She WANTED to wear her life jacket at all times (okay?!), and could have stayed in the pool all day. I couldn't go on any water slides, and Craig didn't do very many of them-- we mostly had fun watching P go on slide after slide...and go on the lazy river. It was a really nice 2 day get-a-way!!

(Paisley had her very own ice cream cone, a first for all of us, she loved it...obviously!)

On Saturday, the whole family (Berg's) came over for pizza. It's so fun to have all the cousins together, and soon we will be adding 3 more to the mix. Yikes!

Not like our week wasn't busy enough, we decided to go to the pumpkin patch today. I mean, Halloween is getting close...so we had to get there!! Paisley had lots of fun, loved the slides, animals, jumping castle, hayride and all the pumpkins of course!

TWIN UPDATE: 22 weeks
Well...Typically I start by saying that I've been feeling okay. Mmm, not this time. I actually went into labor and delivery on Monday night with really bad cramps, back ache and pelvic pains. Thankfully, the babies are fine, as am I. No contractions, and do dilation. However, the doctors pretty much said I am doing to much. Who, me?! I need to lay down more often, and not do so much...which is really hard!! Craig has been good about helping---if only he could also go to work for me and do my grad school homework!! UGH. Anyway, I'm trying to take it easy--I do not want to be on bed rest!!!!! I'm still having the pains, sometimes worse than others...but if I lay down for a while, it really does help. The babies have also been keeping me up at night. The movements are all of the time, one right after the other. I just want some sleep!! (I do understand this will only get worse, I just want to complain about it, okay??!!)
While we were in the Dells, I hit up the Carter's Outlet. And by that I mean I wiped it out. Craig saw the total...and was not happy...I however was, I think I got some great deals!!
Many of you already know that I am extremely picky. I am just picky in general...but especially about clothes. And boy clothes...are hard!!
The first picture is an order I placed from Crazy 8----so adorable!!!! The second picture is some of the loot from Carters.

At 11 inches, the length of a spaghetti squash and almost 1 pound, the babies are starting to look like a miniature newborns. Their lips, eyelids, and eyebrows are becoming more distinct, and they are even developing tiny tooth buds beneath their gums.
Well....off to start the hours of homework. Did I mention I dislike grad school a lot right now?? Anyway, have a great week everyone!
Love,
Craig, Brook, Paisley, Oscar and the boys
