Everything that begins with BEE

Big Girl, Big Boys, Bee's, Beds, BOOOO---
Lots to report on this week, I mean.....the Berg's LOVE Halloween!! We started off by carving our pumpkins! It took Paisley a while before she'd dig the "guts" out of the pumpkin...and she started one seed at a time, literally. Paisley and I carved a jack-o-lantern, and Craig carved a big Dora. You know Paisley's got him wrapped around his finger when he chooses Dora over previous year's designs, such as: Osama Bin Laden, Brewers Logo, or a World Series Logo---he is very creative when it comes to carving pumpkins!! He also carved an "A" and "B" for the babes.

Friday we went over to Makyah's school to watch her in the Halloween parade. Craig and his mom met me there...with the kids in Badger gear!

Friday night I was set on getting Paisley's big girl bed set up so that we could begin this long and hard process. Earlier in the week my mom, Mike, Craig and Cal painted....THANK YOU!!!....so Paisley's room had the main color done...and I wanted to get her bed in there. So, while Craig and I were getting things situated, Paisley was reeeeeal quiet. Hmmm.......

This is one of those parenting moments when you know you were in the wrong for not keeping an eye on your child for 5 minutes....being mad at her....and thinking it is SO funny...but not letting her see you laugh! What a stinker! She knows "we only color on paper!!" :)

So...Friday night we bit the bullet and tucked Paisley in to her big girl bed. She was situated with blankets and pillows and books and babies. We read books, sang songs, said our prayers....and said good night. And that was it until 8:30 the next morning!!! I know! I was waiting for her to climb out of bed or cry....and nothing!!

Saturday night I did hear her cry out...so I went in her room and she was sitting on the floor holding her shoes?!?!! I told her to get back in bed, she did.....and slept until 8:30 again! Could this be it?? I'll be ready for the challenges of climbing out of bed...but thus far...we are lucky! I am SO glad I have stuck to my guns about not waiting until she is sleeping to leave the room. I have a feeling that has helped.
So.....Saturday...HALLOWEEN!!!!!! We had our family over for snacks....and then headed out for some major trick-or-treating!!!! I mean.....I'm pretty sure this is the cutest BEE I've ever seen!!!

Makyah (Dorothy) and Cambree (Gary the snail from Sponge Bob) showed Paisley the ropes. By the second house she was saying "trick-or-treat" and "thank you" every time!!!

(getting treats at my great aunt and uncles house...I know, they are dressed up VERY scary....as Vikings fans...eww!)

Overall, it was a really nice Halloween!!
TWIN update- 24 weeks....6 months!!!
We had an appointment this week, and all is well!! The ultra sound confirmed without a doubt that we are having two boys! Now....what in the heck to name this kiddos?!?!?! They are growing well....Baby A weighs 1.2 pounds and Baby B weighs 1.3 pounds. It's really good that they are basically the same size. So, before this week, my doctor has felt my uterus and said what I am measuring. Typically it's 6 weeks ahead of a normal pregnancy. This week he actually measured my belly....and I am measuring at 32 weeks. Yes, 32 weeks. Holy crap!! He said this is totally normal...and I have gained very little weight....so all is good. But my God....what am I going to look (and feel) like in 8 more weeks???
What I LOVE about being pregnant:
Feeling them move (and they move.... A LOT!)
Dreaming about them and the future
Thinking of names (I mean, we all know I am obsessed)
The way Craig looks at me
What I DISLIKE about being pregnancy:
Constipation. (hey, you asked. Actually....you didn't...but I'm just sayin')
Not being able to sleep. Ever.
Not being able to lay on my stomach

(23 weeks)
The babies are now laying the same way, together...head down, sort-of. Once again Baby B was stealing the show...in these pics you can even see his arm waving. Sorry the pictures aren't the best...we had an intern....learning....slowly, learning. (A on the left, B on the right)

Thanks for catching up with the Berg's!!
