spring break

It's nearly Easter, and we aren't ready...at all. We did manage to have an impromptu visit with the Easter bunny while at the mall one day though.
It was a success. No crying kids. However, when it was picture time, Evers was o-u-t.

With the snow gone (then 3 more inches of snow, then it gone again), we went on a bear hunt.

It's been a busy couple of weeks, but that's the story of our life, right? I should probably stop reporting on how busy we are, and just report on days in which we are not.
We've had field trips, and trips to the dentist, and play dates and more. The hard part, capturing it all on camera.
Speaking of camera, Paisley had dance pictures too. Cuties.

With spring break upon us, we decided to take a little mini-vacay. We didn't tell the kids where we were headed, but they had some great ideas. Two kids thought we were going to the children's museum, and two thought we were camping in the back yard. Thankfully, neither answer was correct.
Instead, they were super excited when Paisley read the sign that said, "Wis Dells"!

We started out with a trip to Build-A-Bear. Something that Paisley's done before, but the littles had not. They were very, very excited.
Unstuffed--

Giving them stuffing and hearts...
And baths...

We welcomed into the family: Donatello, Batman Bear, Cupcake and Hannah.

Our next stop? Knuckleheads for indoor trampoline jumping. Whoo hoo!

And our last stop, the water park and hotel.
(It's hard to take pictures while swimming, so...yah...)

After some serious negotiating for the bunk beds, and watching tv in bed, which they thought was the coolest thing ever...they zonked out. Well, everyone except me of course. :)
Back to the grind tomorrow. April is going to be a super busy month...and it starts this week. Thanks for checking in with the Bergie Bunch!
XOXO,
Mama B

I absolutely love reading your weekly blogs! You are such a wonderful mom, daughter, wife, friend, all around person! I love your positive attitude and the amount of love and patience you have along with your incredible amount of creativity! Not to mention you are just as beautiful (inside and out) as you were the first day I met you so many years ago! Even with four such young kids you still always look amazing be it the moment after giving birth or when getting ready for work or a fun girls night out! You're an intelligent, funny, kind hearted, caring, loving, selfless, beautiful from the inside out person! Your entire family is amazing! I hope that you have a fantastic week!!!! ♡
