My life is full of amazing things. I am really blessed. But for real, sometimes I just want my house back. Or to be able to sit down for 5 minutes without something catastrophic happening. I surely haven't captured nearly half of what a typical week is like for us, but just for a few examples, please enjoy a tiny scroll through last week for us...
Someone thought it would be a good idea to open the nail polish so Everleigh could paint her nails.
And then my littlest helper hardly helped at all.
But don't you worry, she can help herself when she's not suppose to.
I know that the house needs a major paint job, but really Hudson? And you left a giant "H" in magic marker. Hmmm, I wonder who that could be? Get scrubbing, brother boy.
Most days, life with the Bergie Bunch is like one of those someecards.
I promise you, my kids do this.
And I promise you, I think this...
And I promise you....
NO no no no...all of my blogging takes place after the kiddos are in bed. No worries there. It's just what I write about them that they'll ready later that might be a problem. :)
In all honesty, some days, I wonder why I don't have a film crew following me around. I'm pretty sure people could be entertained by our house, or at least, exhausted.
Moving on...
We celebrated nephew Cody's 6th Birthday this weekend.
Happy Birthday, Cody! We love you!
We also attended an Express baseball game. When Craig told me that we should get there early so that the kids (ahem) could watch the players warm up, I thought, oh boy. These kids aren't even going to watch the game! Sure enough, it was more fun to give me a heart attack nearly slipping through the bleachers. And eating (and dropping your meal down the bleachers) and crawling all over grandma Brenda, and doing everything but watching. But that's okay. It's the experience. And it's baseball. And in the Bergie Bunch...we love us some baseball.
You never know who it's going to be, but at least one is always refusing to 'get with the others'. Except Paisley. She's always up for a photo. No idea where she gets that from.
That's all folks,
Until next week...
~Brook
