Okaaay

Less than 2 weeks till our baby turns two. Scary! This week, Paisley celebrated her Birthday at day care with Londa and all of her friends! She brought pizza and apple sauce for lunch, and cupcakes for dessert. mmm. Paisley got lots of fun presents from her friends, but has been obsessed with the Coco-Nutty- Monkey play doh set. Here she is playing away.....

So...holy snow this week!! I mean, it is December...so it shouldn't be shocking to anyone...but that much fun isn't fun if you ask me. Too bad it was too cold for Paisley to play outside in it...maybe this week?!

Paisers is really into saying, "OKAY" lately. We sure love it. I'll reason with her for like 2 seconds and she'll reply, "okay mom." Isn't that amazing?!?! We aren't stupid, we know it won't last forever...but we will take it for now!!

Friday night we went to watch cousin Cambree's Christmas sing at 4K. She did a great job...she knew alllll of the words! When I watch those types of things I can't help but wonder what our kids will be like. Will we have that kid who stands there not singing (unlikely)....will we have that kid who shouts the words at the top of their lungs (could be)....will we have that kid who cries and runs to us??? Only time will tell, right?!

Saturday Pais and I did some shopping, then she spent more time with grandma Brenda while Craig and I attended a Christmas party. Sunday, we celebrated cousin Makyah's 7th Birthday. Wow...she's old!! It was really fun to have all the kids together, especially new cousin Payton!!!

(Payton 1 month, Cambree 4 1/2, Cody 2 1/2, Makyah 7, Paisley 2)

Paisley loved baby Payton!! She was so sweet and gentle with her. I only pray it will stay like this when the boys come!

Twin Update: 30 weeks

Well....we're almost there! Hard to believe it was June when we found out we were pregnant! We had an appointment last week; our first non-ultra sound appointment. The doctor measured me...and drum roll please, I am measuring at 39-40 weeks!! That means my uterus is technically at full term. Of course the babies aren't ready yet (neither am I), so from what I gather....it just means I am huge. :) (no, it's totally normal for twins) All of the cramps and pains I've been having are normal and will most likely continue throughout the rest of the pregnancy. We are hoping for me to continue with "inside babies" for another 5 weeks. After that...chances of healthy babies and mom are pretty good. Although I can't imagine the babies rapidly growing inside me for another 6-8 weeks.....oh man....but for them, I hope that's the case.

Hope you all have a great week. Happy Birthday to Makyah Grace on Friday!!

And, let me tell you that after next Sunday night...I will be done with school for the semester!! Ahhh. Not to fast though, I have two huge finals and the longest papers/project I've ever done---due this week. Hope you enjoy your week more than I will enjoy mine!!

Love,

The Berg's
