The twins are obviously keeping us busy, and have such different, and always fun personalities. Here was their first time on double bath duty.
(To me, they look so different, so I'm not sure if I need to label them...but Hudson is on the Left, Madden on the right. As cousin Cambree says, "Let me guess....Hairy Hudson?!" :) )
We still aren't sure what Paisley's going to be for Halloween, but maybe a Cowgirl? You will often find this cowgirl feeding carrots to this horse, riding around Bergtown. It's so cute.
Hudson is sooo close to crawling. He's not quite as determined as Madden, but he's on all 4's rocking back and forth, and scooting backwards! He's really into shaking toys up and down and doing "so big".
Mischievous Madden...he's everywhere. He's obsessed with Oscar's food and water dish, my space heater, the remote and the stairs. Everything he can't have. He's quick, and I sure hope Hudson can catch up to him soon so he's not left in the dust. Although...two in opposite directions scares me. Not gonna lie.
For the first time in a while Paisley took a bath. Nice, huh?! No, she's not the stinky kid in the class.....we obviously bathe her...but for the last few weeks has wanted to take a shower! This week, we finally got her back in the tub...
She is constantly writing letters. Constantly. Hmm....wonder where that comes from?? Anyone? Anyone? Typically, her "writing" follows this pattern--- P I r A . You can see her starting her pattern below
Beyond all of the crazy things going on this week, we were able to enjoy a wedding! One of Craig's best friends, Matt, got married this weekend! It was a fun weekend of festivities to say the least. And yes, we are paying for it today. Me...I'm so tired I am seriously struggling to keep my eyes open as I type. Craig...he was seriously struggling to keep his breakfast down this morning. We took Paisley to the dinner and dance...as it was her first wedding (besides as a small infant) and we had been prepping her to dance...and boy did she ever!! It melted our hearts watching her dance. She would seek out older girls in pretty dresses and ask them to dance with her. It probably tops the list for both Craig and I... pure joy that we are her parents!! She "shook her booty" as she told us all night long. While we were at the dance, Haley, Carly and Lisa (thank you!!!) watched the twins. Around 9:15, Grandma Bonnie brought Paisley home, tucked her in...and stayed up with Madden. He is such a stinker!!! Anyway, Congrats to Matt and Hannah!! Pictures from the wedding....

("Big Uncle Cal tickles me"--- as opposed to baby Cal who lives in her tummy. And apparently doesn't tickle her. :) )

(Sweet moves, huh?!)
As if our weekend wasn't exciting enough, my cousin and godchild Olivia had her baby shower today! Paisley and I went up north to celebrate the baby who is due to arrive in November! We are looking forward to meeting her soon!

Whew....it's time for bed. Now. Thank you so much to our babysitters this weekend, I know the kids can be a lot to handle...and especially to Mike and Bonnie for being "on call" all weekend for us. We are grateful for the Hoodies and the Bergies this weekend (and always) !!!
And...Grandpa Mike left us again for another 3 months. :( He'll be overseas until the beginning of January. It's scary to think that when we see him next, Paisley will be 3 and the twins almost a year. We sure miss him when he's gone!!
Have a great week , and thanks for blogging with the Berg's.
