Watching my Mini for the last time. Up next, she'll be on the Pee Wee's.
Paisley is on the black center line.
Left of center...
Check out the facials on this hip-hopper. And the kick. Love her.
One of the most special spectators? Mrs. Conaway! How many teachers spend their Saturday watching two hours of dance to watch their first grader dance about 6 total minutes? Paisley was so excited to have her there. And we are so thankful to have such a supportive teacher in her life.
And we can't forget the two best Grandmas in the world either!
Or the best dancing-cousin.

Mother's Day...sadly, I have no pics of the kids and I. I did get some wonderful gestures of love--poems, pictures, cheerios in bed, and on each gift it read, "To: Mom is the bomb.com" Even this flower (look closely) that Miss P made at school. Her teachers must think we're crazy. Or they recognize that I am really am the bomb.com.
T-Ball for the Tin Caps is in full effect. And, they played!! Well, Madden's third game, he refused to go in the field because it's 'too boring'. But overall, they are both playing really well!

A great hit from Hudders

And I'm sorry, but it doesn't get much cuter than this. Great Grandma Marian will be 96 years old in less than a month. Her vision is failing quite rapidly, but this baseball fan will always be able to see her boys play. It makes my heart explode.
This weekend we attended the 4K carnival. The boys were most excited to find their teacher.
For the...ummm, 11th(?) year, Melissa and I had a garage sale. I give Melissa and Craig credit, because with my bum knee, I couldn't be of that much help. It's always fun to have two days to get rid of crap, make some extra money, people watch, and catch up with Melis.
The kids were home for the whole time, which I was really worried about. But they were actually really well behaved. We only once caught them taking a 'grab bag' of toys from Melissa's bin. ;) Their favorite part of the sale is buying stuff from their cousins, but this year I told them that the only way we'd save enough money to go to Disney World is if we didn't buy anything. It worked.
Wow, I'm short.
Sassy and cute is my game. Everleigh Calla is my name. While the boys had a birthday party, my mom took the girls to do some volunteer work. They picked up bags of groceries for Stamp Out Hunger.
If you're wondering about my knee...the prognosis wasn't what I was hoping for. I completely tore my ACL and meniscus. What does that mean? Surgery. (hear me crying) I don't know when. I see my surgeon on Wednesday. I'm beyond bummed. I am panicking about being immobile. Deep breaths. It could be worse. It could be worse.
Thanks for checking in. As the weather gets warner, we get busier. School is wrapping up, and in the next few weeks we have Kindergarten orientation for the twins (big tear as I made an email request to have them placed in separate classrooms next year), 4K graduation, more t-ball, and the start of summer dance. Whew.
Oh, and a serious thank you to my Mom, Bonnie, Mike, Melissa and Courtney. We seriously couldn't do life without you. Thank you for helping us pick up kids when we can't be in four place at once. XOXO!!
